Housing Act 2003

This section applies to a lease granted under the repealed Act, section 24 or 24A, that was in force, and to which the repealed Act, section 24C applied, immediately before the commencement day.

The repealed Act, section 24C(1) to (7), as in force immediately before the commencement day, continue to apply to the lease while the lease is in force, as if a reference in those provisions to the prescribed percentage were a reference to the prescribed percentage in force immediately before the commencement day or, if another percentage is prescribed under a regulation for this section, the other percentage.
