146 Continuing application of the repealed Act, s 33
(1)
The repealed Act, section 33, as in force immediately before the commencement day, continues to apply to a loan agreement, contract of sale or other agreement to which that section applied immediately before the commencement day as if a reference in the section to the Governor in Council or the Minister were a reference to the chief executive.
(2)
For subsection (1), an interest rate applying to an agreement under the section that was decided or fixed by the Governor in Council or the Minister before the commencement day is taken to have been decided or fixed by the chief executive.
