123 Agreement with the commission
(1)
This section applies to an agreement, in force immediately before the commencement day, to which the commission was a party.
(2)
On the commencement day, the State becomes a party to the agreement in place of the commission.
(3)
In this section—agreement includes a contract of sale, lease, tenancy agreement, loan agreement and mortgage agreement.
