132 Sale under the repealed Act, s 24
(1)
This section applies to a contract of sale, entered into under the repealed Act, section 24, that was in force immediately before the commencement day.
(2)
That section (as amended, renumbered as section 113 and relocated under schedule 1) continues to apply to the contract while the contract is in force.
