87 Separate valuations
A valuation may be amended to provide separate valuations if—
(a)
under part 3, division 2, the valuer-general declares that a separate valuation for a part of a lot will be made; or
(b)
under part 3, division 4, separate valuations must be made for parts of a designated area; or
(c)
the land is subdivided.
