94 Amendment for uniformity with comparable parcels
(1)
A valuation may be amended if the valuer-general considers the amendment is necessary or desirable to achieve or preserve uniformity of values between the valuation and valuations of other comparable parcels.
(2)
If the amendment reduces the amount of the valuation, the reduction is a comparable valuation reduction of the valuation amended.
