91 Loss or acquisition of right relating to land
(1)
A valuation may be amended if the land’s value has been changed by the loss or acquisition of a right relating to the land.
(2)
However, if the right is a water licence under a water entitlement notice, the amendment can not be made until the 30 June that is at least 1 year after the notice has effect.
(3)
In this section—
right includes licence and privilege.
