97 Combining valuations
(1)
Two or more valuations may be amended by combining them into 1 valuation if the valuations are of lots that could, under part 3, division 3, be included in 1 valuation.
(2)
The combined valuation is taken to be an amendment of the valuations, whether or not it is the same as, or different from, the sum of the valuations.
