92 Existing decisions and directions of, and delegations by, former entity’s Director
(1)
If the context permits, a decision or direction of, or delegation by, the Director of Legal Aid under the former Act is taken to continue as a decision or direction of, or delegation by, the chief executive officer.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not apply to a decision or direction that is inconsistent with a decision made by the transitional board.
