98 Existing arrangements or contracts
(1)
If the former entity was a party to an arrangement or contract in force immediately before the commencement of this section, Legal Aid is taken to be the party.
(2)
Any condition imposed by the former entity on the provision of legal assistance under the former Act in any way may, if the context permits, be taken to be a condition imposed by Legal Aid on the legal assistance under this Act.
