99 Former entity’s director
(1)
The person holding office as Director of Legal Aid under the former Act immediately before the commencement of this section is taken to have been appointed as the chief executive officer of Legal Aid for the remainder of the person’s term of appointment.
(2)
The person remains entitled to all existing and accruing rights of employment.
(3)
The person’s service as Director of the former entity is, for all employment purposes, taken to be continuous with, and part of, the person’s service as chief executive officer under this Act.
