Proceedings

(1)

A proceeding by or against the former entity that has not ended before the commencement of this section, may be continued and finished by or against Legal Aid.

(2)

If a proceeding could have been taken by or against the former entity, if the entity had continued to exist, the proceeding may be taken by or against Legal Aid.
