Notice of emergency order relating to specific property

(1)

If the Minister makes an emergency order that is property-specific, the

Minister may give notice of the order by causing a copy of the order to be served on the owner, occupier or person apparently in charge of the property.

(2)

For the purposes of subsection (1), an emergency order is property-specific if it only relates to specified premises, specified biosecurity matter or any other specified thing.
