A member of SA Police (within the meaning of the Police
Act 1998) has all the powers of an authorised officer during the declaration of a biosecurity emergency in relation to the emergency (and, without limiting this provision, a reference to an authorised officer in this Division will be taken to include a reference to a member of SA Police).
