181 Inspection of persons
A requirement in an emergency order that a person is to allow themselves to be inspected by an authorised officer only authorises the authorised officer to require the person to do any of the following:
(a)
to submit to a visual inspection (including of the exterior of the person's clothing, accessories and shoes);
(b)
to shake, or otherwise move, the person's hair;
(c)
to make available for inspection any thing in the person's possession.
