13 Conflicts of interest
For the purposes of the application of any law (including the common law) or legal profession rules relating to conflicts of interest to the conduct of a legal practitioner who is—
(a)
a legal practitioner director of an incorporated legal practice;
or
(b)
an officer or employee of an incorporated legal practice, the interests of the incorporated legal practice or any related body corporate are also taken to be those of the practitioner (in addition to any interests that the practitioner has apart from this clause).
