14 Application of legal profession rules
(1)
The legal profession rules, so far as they apply to legal practitioners, also apply to legal practitioners who are officers or employees of an incorporated legal practice, unless the rules otherwise provide.
(2)
Nothing in this clause prevents legal profession rules prescribing additional duties and obligations in connection with the conduct of an incorporated legal practice.
