30 Undue influence
A person (whether or not an officer or an employee of an incorporated legal practice) must not cause or induce or attempt to cause or induce—
(a)
a legal practitioner director; or
(b)
another legal practitioner who provides legal services on behalf of an incorporated legal practice, to contravene this Act, the regulations, the legal profession rules or his or her professional obligations as a legal practitioner.
Maximum penalty: $250 000 or imprisonment for
2 years.
