32 Regulations
The regulations may (without limitation)—
make provision for or with respect to the legal services provided by incorporated legal practices or a specified class of incorporated legal practices;
prescribe requirements to be observed by incorporated legal practices, or a specified class of incorporated legal practices, in this jurisdiction.
A regulation prevails over any inconsistent provision of the legal profession rules.
A regulation may provide that a breach of the regulations is capable of constituting unsatisfactory professional conduct or professional misconduct by a legal practitioner director, or by a legal practitioner responsible for the breach, or both.
