17 Sharing of receipts, revenue or other income
(1)
Nothing in this Act, the regulations or the legal profession rules prevents a legal practitioner from sharing with an incorporated legal practice receipts, revenue or other income arising from the provision of legal services by the practitioner.
(2)
This clause does not extend to the sharing of receipts, revenue or other income in contravention of clause 18.
