Employer may request progress report

In force

(1)

The employer of a worker may at any time request the Corporation to provide a report on—

(a)

the medical progress being made by the worker;

(b)

the worker's capacity for work as assessed under this

Act.

(2)

The Corporation must prepare a report requested under subsection (1) within a reasonable time of the request being made and must send copies of the report to the employer and the worker.
