Return to Work Act 2014

If a person who is in receipt of weekly payments under this Act is convicted of an offence and committed to prison, then during the period of imprisonment the weekly payments will be suspended by force of this section unless the Corporation determines that they should be paid to the dependants of the prisoner (and any determination of the Corporation is not reviewable).

If the Corporation determines that weekly payments should be paid to the dependants of a prisoner, they will be so paid in such proportions as the Corporation may determine.
