Right of intervention

In force

The Corporation has a right to intervene and be heard in—

(a)

any proceedings under this Act before the Tribunal;

(b)

any proceedings before a court—

(i)

in which the interpretation or application of this Act or the repealed Act is in issue; or

(ii)

in which the Corporation's interests may be directly or indirectly affected.
