20 Payments under the Program not able to be confiscated
(1)
The Commissioner may certify in writing that an amount held by a participant represents payments made to the participant under the
Program.
(2)
An amount certified under subsection (1) cannot be forfeited or made subject to a restraining order under the Crimes (Confiscation of Profits)
