7 Authorisation of approved authorities
The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette—
(a)
authorise an approved authority to perform functions or exercise powers conferred on the Commissioner under this Act for the purposes of any arrangement entered into by the Commissioner under section 6 or the corresponding provision of a complementary witness protection law; or
(b)
vary or revoke any such authorisation.
