138 Presentation of cases
A party to a proceeding, to which this Act relates, that is before the Tribunal may, with the approval of the Tribunal, be represented by a person of that party's choice.
Subject to subsection (3), a proceeding, to which this Act relates, that is before the Tribunal is to be heard in private.
A proceeding, to which this Act relates, that is before the Tribunal may be open to the public if all the parties to the proceeding agree.
This section applies despite sections 81 and 98 of the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2020.
