151 Orders of Tribunal are final
Subject to section 152, an order made by the Tribunal in proceedings to which this Act relates is final and binding on all parties to the proceeding to which the order relates.
Subject to subsection (3), nothing in subsection (1) prevents the Tribunal from – reconsidering any application for referral that has been determined by it; or varying or revoking an order previously made by it.
The Tribunal may not vary or revoke an order previously made by it in proceedings to which this Act relates if the variation or revocation will affect any amount paid, or any action taken, in accordance with that order.
Subject to section 152, no order or proceeding of the Tribunal with respect to an order in proceedings to which this Act relates – is vitiated by reason of any informality or want of form; or is liable to be challenged, appealed against, reviewed, quashed, or called into question by any court.
