145 Records of proceedings
The Tribunal must cause to be made a recording, by mechanical or electronic or other means, of a proceeding, to which this Act relates, that is before the Tribunal.
On the completion of a proceeding, to which this Act relates, that is before the Tribunal, the Tribunal must cause the recording of the proceeding and any notes of the proceeding made by the Tribunal to be filed in the office of the Registrar in Hobart.
Any recording and notes of a proceeding filed in accordance with subsection (2) are to be kept for a period of 12 months from the completion of the proceeding or a longer period determined by the Tribunal.
