36 Offences relating to authorised officers
A person must comply with – each requirement made of the person by an authorised officer under this Act, other than a requirement made under section 35(3)(i); and each direction given to the person by an authorised officer. In the case of – a body corporate, a fine not exceeding 100 penalty units; or an individual, a fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
A natural person must comply with a requirement made of the person by an authorised officer under section 35(3)(i). Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
A person must not resist, obstruct or hinder an authorised officer in the performance of a function, or the exercise of a power, under this Act. In the case of – a body corporate, a fine not exceeding 100 penalty units; or an individual, a fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
