38 Provision of information
The Secretary may, by written notice to a scheme participant, require the scheme participant to provide the Secretary with such information, or such documentation or records, as is specified in the notice.
A scheme participant must comply with a notice given to the scheme participant under subsection (1). In the case of – a body corporate, a fine not exceeding 250 penalty units; or an individual, a fine not exceeding 100 penalty units.
