36 Authorised officers may require names and addresses
An authorised officer may require a person to state the person's name and address if the authorised officer believes on reasonable grounds that the person has been involved in the handling of explosives.
The authorised officer may require the person to give evidence of the correctness of the stated name or address if the authorised officer suspects on reasonable grounds that the stated name or address is false.
A person must comply with the authorised officer's requirement under subsection (1) or (2) unless the person has a reasonable excuse for not complying with it. Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
