Authorised officers to restore premises, &c., to original condition after inspections

In force

After inspecting premises, a vehicle or equipment under section 35 or 37, the authorised officer must take reasonable steps to return the premises, vehicle or equipment to the condition they were in immediately before the inspection.

No action lies against an authorised officer, the Secretary or the Crown in respect of the failure by an authorised officer to comply with subsection (1).
