111 Damage caused by members of Fire Service
Any damage to property caused –
by a member of the Fire Service in the lawful execution of any power conferred by this Act; or by any member of an industry brigade or a fire-fighting crew employed by the Forestry corporation assisting that member of the Fire Service –
shall be deemed to be damage by fire, within the meaning of a policy of insurance against fire, covering the property so damaged, notwithstanding anything in that policy to the contrary.
