130 Identification to be produced in certain cases
A member of the Fire Service who is empowered by this Act to enter any land or premises in particular circumstances must, before entering the land or premises in those circumstances, produce a document of identification as such member.
Subsection (1) does not apply if the member of the Fire Service – has reasonable cause to believe that there is a fire on the land or premises; or is dressed in the authorized uniform of the Fire Service.
