125 Power of police officer to arrest without warrant in certain cases
A police officer may arrest without warrant a person whom he finds committing a prescribed offence or whom he has reasonable grounds for believing to have committed such an offence.
In this section, prescribed offence means an offence under – section 68(2); section 69; section 71; section 120; and section 128(2)(g) and section 128(2)(h).
