123 Powers of entry of members of Fire Service
A member of the Fire Service authorized by the Commission for the purpose may enter any land or premises for the purpose of determining whether the requirements of this Act are being, or have been, complied with in relation to any matter arising, or that he suspects of having arisen, on any land or premises.
A member of the Fire Service authorized to enter any land or premises under subsection (1) may take with him such persons as he considers necessary to effect the purpose for which the entry is made.
