114 Power of agents to deduct payments made for owners
A person who is acting as the agent of the owner of any land or premises may –
deduct from any money held by him for the owner any amount necessarily or properly incurred and paid by him under this Act in respect of the land or premises; or recover in any court of competent jurisdiction from the owner the amount so incurred and paid.
