152 Granting approval
The Commissioner, in granting an application under section 151, must specify in the approval –
the name and address of the person to whom the approval is granted; and in the case of a rifle club, a pistol shooting club or a society, the members of which collect firearms, the premises where the club may carry on its activities; and in the case of a range, the address or location of the range; and in the case of a pistol shooting club or a society, the members of which collect firearms, a request for the club or society to provide annually details of Category H firearms licence holders who are members of the club or society, including the names, addresses, dates of birth and licence numbers of the members; and any conditions imposed under section 153.
