Review of Act

In force

The Minister must –

cause an independent review of the operation of this Act to be completed within the 12-month period after the tenth anniversary of the commencement of this Act; and cause a copy of the report prepared by the independent review to be tabled in each House of Parliament within 10 sitting-days after the completion of the review.
