Regional Forest Agreement (Land Classification) Act 1998

Any land, the approximate area of which is specified in Column 2 of Schedule 11 and is indicated as shown bounded by heavy black lines on the relevant plan listed in Column 3 of that Schedule –

is declared to be reserved land in the class of regional reserve and is taken to have been so declared under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970; and is to be given the relevant name specified in Column 1 of that Schedule and is taken to have been given that name under the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970.
