Continuation of status of certain land

Current

Any area of land that, immediately before the commencement of this section, was State forest or a forest reserve under the former Act continues as such until or unless –

its dedication as State forest or a forest reserve is revoked under this Act or the Forestry Act 1920; or it ceases, under this Act or the Forestry Act 1920, to be State forest or a forest reserve.
