After section 2 of the Principal Act, the following section is inserted in Part I:

2A. Act not to apply to certain land This Act does not apply to any Crown land that is – reserved land within the meaning of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970; or State forest within the meaning of the Forestry Act 1920.

The amendment effected by this section has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Crown Lands Act 1976.
