135 Copy of order to be served
An order made by the Recorder – must be in writing; and must set out the reasons on which it is based.
The Recorder must have a copy of the order served on – the relevant body corporate; and the applicant for relief; and any person who was entitled to make, and made a written submission to, the Recorder in relation to the application; and any person who is required to do, or refrain from doing, a specified act by the order.
In this section,order includes – the variation of an order; and an interim order; and the renewal or revocation of an interim order.
