A person must not contravene an order under this Part to do or refrain from doing a specified act. Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units plus, in the case of a continuing contravention, a further penalty not exceeding 1 penalty unit for each day the contravention continues.

In proceedings for contravention of an order, an apparently genuine document purporting to be a copy of the order is admissible, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, as proof of the making and terms of the order.
