138 Enforcement of orders for payment of money
If the Recorder makes an order for the payment of money, the order may be registered in a court having jurisdiction for the recovery of debts up to the amount ordered to be paid.
Proceedings for the enforcement of an order registered under subsection (1) may be taken as if the direction were a judgment of the court in which the order is registered.
