139 Order may have effect as resolution of body corporate
An order under this Part may provide that the order or a specified part of the order is to have effect as a unanimous resolution or an ordinary resolution passed at a duly convened meeting of the members of the body corporate.
If an order contains such a provision, it operates, or the specified part of the order operates, as a unanimous resolution or an ordinary resolution of the body corporate accordingly.
