11 Powers and duties of the Trust
The Trust is a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal and may enter into contracts, sue and be sued in its corporate name, and may take and hold any real or personal property.
The Trust shall hold trust property in trust for the Church in accordance with the provisions of this Act and subject to any other trust affecting the property.
Subject to this section the Trust – may acquire, hold, deal with, and dispose of, property of any kind; and may mortgage, charge, or otherwise encumber any of its property.
The Trust shall observe any directions, regulations, or resolutions of the Assembly as to the exercise of its powers under this section.
