13 Vacation of membership of the Trust
The office of a member of the Trust becomes vacant –
on the expiration of his term of office; or if he – dies; resigns his office by written notice to the Trust; has applied to take, or takes, advantage of any law relating to bankruptcy, or has compounded, or entered into an arrangement, with his creditors; is unable to perform competently the duties of the office; being a member by virtue of holding an office referred to in paragraph (a), paragraph (b), or paragraph (c) of section 10(2), has ceased to hold that office; or is removed by resolution of the Synod or its Standing Committee.
