Where, by reason of the occurrence of casual vacancies in the membership of the Trust, the number of members is reduced to less than 5, the remaining members shall appoint persons to fill all those vacancies for the remainder of the term for which the vacating members were respectively appointed as members of the Trust.

Subject to subsection (1), where a casual vacancy occurs in the membership of the Trust, the remaining members may appoint a person to fill that vacancy for the remainder of the term for which the vacating member was appointed as a member of the Trust.
