12 Proceedings of the Trust
The chairman of the Trust shall preside at meetings of the Trust at which he is present.
In the absence of the chairman from a meeting of the Trust, the members present shall elect one of their number to preside at the meeting.
The person presiding at a meeting of the Trust has a deliberative vote.
All questions arising at a meeting of the Trust shall be decided by a majority of the votes of the members present and voting thereon and, in the event of an equality of votes on any question, that question shall be decided in the negative.
Three members of the Trust constitute a quorum of the Trust.
Subject to this section, the Trust may regulate its own proceedings.
